Frequently Asked Questions

Q: "Do you offer free trial classes?"

To maintain the quality of our training, we skip the "free trial" in favor of a dedicated Onboarding Program. This is a single, non-recurring investment in your safety and technique. By completing this phase, you gain the skills needed for our high-level classes without the pressure of a sales pitch or the worry of hidden monthly charges. Once you finish onboarding, you decide if you’d like to transition into one of our Muay Thai Programs.

Q: "What is the cost?"

Our students typically pay anywhere from $129-199/month depending on the program they are enrolled in. We care about getting every student off on the right foot, which is why every student begins on our onboarding program. This is to ensure your training is specifically aligned with your personal goals, fitness level, and aspirations from your very first day on the mats.

Please contact us directly regarding enrollment specials and family plans.

Q: "What is Muay Thai?"

Muay Thai is a traditional martial art originating in Thailand, often called the “Art of Eight Limbs” because fighters use their fists, elbows, knees, and shins to strike. Originating centuries ago, it began as a combat skill used by Thai soldiers in battle and later evolved into a sport. It’s deeply tied to Thai culture and history, with roots in older martial arts like Muay Boran. Over time, it became popular for self-defense and competition, especially in the 1700s when it was formalized with rules. Today, it’s not just about fighting—it teaches respect, discipline, and mental focus. People learn Muay Thai for fitness, competition, or to connect with Thailand’s heritage. Matches are energetic, with fighters moving to rhythmic music, making it both a sport and an art form.
