Are you new to Martial Arts and looking for program where you can learn without feeling out of place? If so we have program for you! At Teep City our Fundamentals program is intentionally designed for people with little to no experience. We focus strongly on skill development, self defense, fitness, and confidence. This program gets you on the mat starting your Muay Thai Journey!

If you possess substantial prior experience or have regularly attended our Fundamental Classes, with a coaches approval, you qualify for our Int/Adv program! This program accelerates progress by focusing on advanced techniques, reactionary training, live drills and contact scenarios. This is ideal for applying your skills practically and preparing for competition.
