Adult Fundamental Muay Thai
Are you new to Muay Thai and looking for a program where you can learn without feeling out of place? At Teep City our Fundamentals program is intentionally designed for people with little to no experience. We focus strongly on skill development, fitness, confidence, and self defense. This program gets you on the mat starting your Muay Thai Journey!
Intermediate/Advanced Muay Thai
If you have prior experience or have regularly attended our Fundamental Classes, with a coaches approval, you qualify for our Intermediate/Advance program! This program accelerates progress by focusing on advanced techniques, reactionary training, live drills and contact scenarios. This is ideal for applying your skills practically and preparing for competition.
