However we prioritize technique, precise strikes, defense, and correct biomechanics. Train smarter, move safer, and build skills that will last. Owner/Head Coach
I started training Muay Thai in 2010. My interest stemmed from wanting to gain confidence, get into shape, and have a sense of direction.
I began competing at the age of 17 and have had over 30 fights throughout the USA & internationally.
It's a passion of mine helping others benefit from Muay Thai in the same way I have. I enjoy teaching all age groups and firmly believe Muay Thai is for anyone who is looking to better themselves.
I strive to cultivate an environment that facilitates respect, direction, achievement, and a sense of community.
