About Teep City Muay Thai
Hi, my name is Eric Adams and I started training Martial Arts in 2010. My interest in martial arts stemmed from wanting to gain confidence, get into shape, achieve goals that I had set, and have sense of direction in my life.
I have been an instructor for 9 years and enjoy helping others benefit from Martial Arts in the same way I have. I’ve had so many successes myself and coaching others. it’s a passion of mine to help others better themselves, which is why I opened Teep City Muay Thai Academy.
My goal is to cultivate an environment that facilitates, respect, direction, achievement, and a strong sense of community.

What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai is a combat sport originating from the battlefields of southwest Asia. Muay Thai is sometimes referred to as, the art of 8 Limbs because of its diverse sets of strikes. The fists, elbows, knees and kicks are all used in the sport, as well as sweeps and clinch techniques. All of our programs consist of all aspects of the sport. At Teep City we are Authentically Muay Thai.
