At Teep City we are not a cardio kickboxing gym at all. We are authentic Muay Thai! By nature Muay Thai is a calorie incinerator. However we prioritize technique, precise strikes, defense, and correct biomechanics. Train smarter, move safer, and build skills that will last. I started my Muay Thai journey in 2010, initially looking for a way to gain confidence, get in shape, and find a sense of direction. That spark turned into a lifelong career. I began competing at 17 and have since stepped into the ring for over 30 fights across the USA and internationally.
My true passion now lies in helping others experience the same life-changing benefits Muay Thai gave me. Whether I’m working with children or adults, I firmly believe this sport is for anyone looking to better themselves. At Teep City, I strive to cultivate an environment built on respect, achievement, and a deep sense of community. Our goal is simple: to help you achieve yours."
